Smith, Larry Alan: Ti seguo...Mi segui for Two Flutes
Composed in May 2015, Ti seguo... Mi segui was premiered at a 60th birthday celebration for Smith at Hartt School of Music, where he has been professor of composition since 1990. Playful arpeggiated passages have one flutist following the other, deconstructed step by step into long, quiet tones, and then the arpeggiated chase resumes to the end. For advanced flutists.
