You have 10 days from delivery of your order to return it for a refund.
For sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns on opened items that cannot be thoroughly cleaned and repackaged. This includes, but is not limited to, opened reeds, Breath Builder, Aurus 7, lip savers, mouthpiece patches, etc.
We will not accept returns of products that are missing packaging or parts. We will not accept returns of products that are broken by the customer.

You may be responsible for a cleaning & re-stocking fee.
You will be responsible for return shipping for items you have changed your mind about, that don't work for you, or that you do not wish to keep. We will not provide return labels for orders being returned for these reasons.
