New Repair Appointment Policy

To help keep our repair shop running smoothly, (and to protect our technicians' sanity!) we’re moving to an appointment-based system for all repairs - with one exception:

Thursdays are Walk-In Day! No appointment needed, just stop by the shop. We will estimate your instrument, and if it can be done while you wait, we will do it then and there! If it takes longer, you can either leave it with us, or schedule a time to come back and have it done same day.

Otherwise, appointments must be scheduled one week in advanced. We understand that emergencies arise, and we're still here to help in a pinch, but for your general checkups and quick tweaks, please give us time to plan so we can work you into our ever-busier schedules! 

Playing Condition appointments are scheduled in 1-hour slots. If your repair takes longer, we’ll either keep your instrument here until we can get to it, or set up a future time for you to come back and have a quicker turnaround. 

COA and Overhaul appointments are scheduled on a by-technician basis. Each of us prefers to handle things a little bit differently, as each instrument family is a little bit different! Communicate with your technician on their procedures for these services. If you aren't sure who you need to talk to, feel free to call or stop by and we're happy to assist! COAs are generally scheduled 1-2 months in advanced, and overhauls are 1-4 months in advanced.
