A note about international orders: Please be aware that all international shipments are currently experiencing lengthy delays due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, but once the package leaves our possession, we are not responsible for the length of time it takes the shipping company to get your package to you. Shipments have been delayed by many months to some countries.

Depending on the type of repair required, you may need to leave your instrument with us. In all cases, we will make every attempt to expedite the turn around.
- In general, if your instrument is in good playing condition and has just just recently begun to experience an issue, it may be better than average candidate for quick repair turnaround.
- If your instrument has not been serviced in a while and has begun to experience an issue, or you have recently acquired a used instrument that is not playing correctly, it is likely that it will need to be left with us for service.
- If you have an instrument that you wish to be serviced and plan to be leave it with us, we will provide you with a free estimate at the time you drop it off or we can contact you later if you do not wish to wait.
