We typically send items on approval only to persons who are affiliated with a university studio or professional ensemble.
To request items be sent to you on approval, please email all of the following information to Eric Satterlee at firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Your name
- Your address and phone number
- What school/professor or ensemble you are affiliated with
- Which items (and how many) you would like out on approval
(Please note that Eric is not in the shop on Wednesdays or Thursdays, so you may not get a response right away depending on when you send your request)
If your request is accepted, you will have 14 days from the invoice date to return any unwanted items. Items returned after 14 days will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of $10 per item. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping & insurance both ways. No exceptions.
If you decide to keep items you have out on approval, please send back all unwanted items and wait for the items to reach us (or for an updated invoice sent via email) before you call with your payment information.
**Invoices to university studios must be paid in full at the time of payment – we will not accept multiple payments from different individuals on a single invoice.
