We send items on approval only to persons who are affiliated with a university studio or professional ensemble. We do not send items on approval to private individuals. To request items be sent to you on approval, please review our Approval Policy and fill out the Approval Request form below.
Meridian Winds Approval Policy:
You will have 14 days from the invoice date to return any unwanted items. Items returned after 14 days will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of $10 per item.
· The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping & insurance both ways. NO EXCEPTIONS.
· We will not accept returns of mouthpieces that have ligature scratches or teeth marks upon return. All of our mouthpieces are sent out in excellent condition. If you return a mouthpiece that has been damaged and is no longer in like-new condition, you will be required to purchase it. NO EXCEPTIONS.
· We kindly request that you do not remove any mouthpiece patches and that you use a ligature that will not scratch the mouthpieces (such as a Rovner ligature.) Please DO NOT use old metal ligatures as they will scratch the mouthpiece.
Returning items: Please return all items to the address below before the 14th day of your approval period. If you decide to keep items you have out on approval, please send back all unwanted items and wait for the items to reach us (or for an updated invoice sent via email) before you call us with your payment information.
